yeah combiners are dope…to bad they never made toys for TRANSFORMERS ZONE where all the decepticon conbiners were generals and they all had capes…those would have been dope toys

Also, there have been some recent japanese G1 rereleases in original diaclone colors.
Yeah, eHobby is doing a lot of the reissues in their diaclone colours. Some are pretty expensive though…

i really like the takara ones, they are real nice for display…they just need to release a constructicon set, but i hear the molds are gone for those sets…
Man, just assembled my Energon Bruticus Maximus, and I haven’t been this impressed with a combiner in a while…maybe ever. He has clone arms, but other than that, he’s beautiful.
Still prepping my display, will post when it’s done.
So Rhino lost the rights to the TV series and the sets are harder to find now?

The G1 dvds? First news Ive heard of it. Glad Im just missing the one set (and most expensive of course…)
Theres some good alternatives that can be found on ebay though.
I love the transformer cartoons and hope the live action movie (even though the transformers wont be live) will be as good, i belong to a transformer forum called www.transfandom.com you should check it out

I will take some pics tonight and some video to show you the quality of the set and disc…my only complaint is the disc are not region free…as advertised…luckily I have a region free dvd player…as soon as i got the disc I went to a buddy of mines store to show off the goods…and they wouldnt play…but when i got home it was all good…
This mourning i was able to go threw the HEADMASTERS boxset and find the episode where BLASTER and SOUNDWAVE fight to the death…it was great…but HEADMASTERS animation is very weak…
All in all alot of my friends ask how i feel about haveing the official japanese TRANSFORMERS VICTORY boxset that I purchased 2 years ago that I paid 500 bucks for:wonder: ehh I love japanese transformers and its cool to see peoples eyes when they see how quality of the official japanese set…so it doesnt bother me to much…
I will post a video and pics of my collection when I get home…and I highly reccomend the above chinese set…

Its not the greatest of fight scenes because of the animation team they were useing at the time…one thing I like about japanese transformer episodes is the love to kick each other around…rarely do you see kicks in the american version…but I’ll be damed if SHOCKWAVE didnt drop kick the shit outa BLASTER:rofl:
