Oh and good news, there just might be the original transforming sound in the new movie!!
If you look at the “making of the live action movie” extra on the new TTM DVD you’ll clearly see and hear a part where they update the transforming sound effect, and use it for the transforming of the Autobot symbol. Hopefully this will be used throughout the movie.

the classics line makes me smile uncontrollably every time I see a new G1 Homage, that rocks like it’s 1985…
I got Screamer, Astrotrain, and Hot Rod (I ain’t callin’ him Rodimus), and they’re all fucking amazing…
and I can’t wait to add Bumblebee and Jetfire to the mix…
the only ones I actually have a problem with, are Prime and Megatron…I just don’t dig shellformers, or excessive vehicle parts restricting arm movement…
though it is nice to see a new ‘gunformer’ Megatron…it’s just a shame that the new Classics Tank Megatron is a bit better in terms of design aesthetic…

finally finished reading Infiltration and I must say it sucks. I tried my best to like it but it just sux. Giving Furman too much control is bad. Way I mean way too much techno babble. I respect his idea of keeping the Autobots more under wraps, if I was leading the Autobots I’d do the same but it made this series so fuckin dull. Barely saw any tfing at all. Too much cell time for those wretched pink things they call humans. Nothing exciting happened until Screamer & Megs fought which still wasnt that great. I dunno maybe I’m judging it too harshly. I wanna hear everyone else opinions.
