I am really feeling this design. Looks like some though went into that design. Lets just hope we don’t get plagued with wheel bots again. Sideswipe was the only exception, as he was bad ass.

I looked like a 10 yr old at my friends SuperBowl Party. The Nemesis, Car crashes that yeild Transformations. I really think this is gonna be the one. I just hope that the writing does for my mind at least 1/2 of what the CGI porn does to my eyes!
It’s Michael Bay, I wouldn’t get my hopes up for a stellar script.
Honestly, once I learned to divorce the first movie from any G1 connections, it wasn’t bad, just had to keep telling myself “It’s Bay, what did you expect?” Biggest gripe I had was all of the Transformers looked vaguely insect like to me, I didn’t like the designs compared to how the G1 Transformers looked.

The second one, story wise not good at all. Then again, g1’s stories were mostly terrible too. It’s not like Bay took Shakespeare or Hemingway and Replaced the good parts with explosions.
I’m no doubt looking forward to this 3rd movie! yes the story in many ways is forgettable but I (and I should say all of you) don’t go into a Bay movie for the story, just like when I saw Tron, I’m going in for the cool visuals and CGI/explosion porn.
Maybe it’s because I never watched growing up TF and never cared to then so I have no ties at all to the past and thus en enjoy it for what it is…another mindless summer film.
I don’t want to give the movies an escape because of the weak story of the source animated material. ROTF had issues because of the writer’s strike. They honestly have more time this go around, so I expect a better movie.
Didn’t get too much from the trailer (I thought SB showed the long versions in the past) I much rather wish to see the first teaser thats on the web
30 seconds, 3 Million Dollars. When you know people will watch it on the internet and there will be more trailers later and more importantly, closer to the release of the movie, why spend any more money?
I really enjoyed that teaser. I’m going to see this one just to see shit get fucked up. That’s all this movie needs to be about. Also is it just more did the CG actually look, clearer? Like it didn’t look like a mess of robot gunk on screen.
I think his shots get wider with each film. He’s learning :lol:
Bah…I completely forgot about that aspect of the Super Bowl; still they are going to make that up in 3 seconds once the movie is released
