Just got back from work and saw this and I totally feel your pain. I do the same thing. First it was Abel getting boring for me, then cammy taking too much damage, then guile just being bad, then getting tired of blankas coward crouch coming out when I’m trying to ultra (did that happen to you twice last TW’s? Seemed like it, but idk.)
Then getting rushed down badly with gouken and sucking bad enough that I didn’t really know what to do about it and would just mash reversal and pray it worked. Now I’m using rog and gief. Both are fun, but both have things I don’t like.
I thought I wanted to play juri, but I remembered I hate having really low health and working hard to take a chunk off of the opponents life and eating a 3 hit combo and being even again.
At this point in time. I’m really just kinda biding my time waiting for T.hawk. So far, he is the only char I REALLY want to play. I know he’ll have things I don’t like, but I’ve decided to just commit myself to that character and make it work.
Every character has problems, I think it just comes down to who you really want to play and who is fun for you. If it’s someone you enjoy playing enough, you’ll make it work.

Crash…you should talk with Delucifer…dude hits cMK->ultra too damn consistently (Also knows alot about Blanka stuff)…I think when it comes down to it…once you have good BnB execution and solid punishes it all comes down to how well you know your match-ups/how well you play the mind game footsie game as well…Of course with Blanka, Dhalsim is a terrible day but his other bad match-ups Rog/Bison/people who can punish his ball stuff suck but are winnable…When it comes to picking your characters I think there are two paths to head down.
1)play someone you like and fits you and learn them thoroughly to make up for their downfalls
2)Be Sanford and just say fuck it and pick top tier. (I hate but love this because I fuck up Sagats now
