So yeah it’s looking like I’m going to need a mixer to make this happen right…probably another mic stand too so people won’t have to be borderline making out while commentating.
I do have some critiques to pass around for the commentary that I heard, overall it’s A LOT better than what I thought it would turn out to be. But just some mental notes for those that did commentary for when they do the next matches.
Yes an update is coming on the website, Monday was taken up thanks to Play N Trade’s Tekken tournament, and well Tuesday was taken up by Tekken lol. But when I wake up today I’m going to crack down and get all that stuff done.
Also who can commit to some extra setups for Nov. 7th? I saw Cole mentioned that we’d use the lounge TV, but keep in mind that the lounge closes @ 2amish? I would like a setup for SFIV, and a set up for Tekken (maybe 2 since we have ps3 lovers out there) so keep that in mind. Of course the main setup is still for casuals only.
Don’t forget that the book drive is still going on. I’m looking to throw in a little “incentive” for those that have brought/will bring books or that will buy at least 3 drinks. More info once I get the green light on that.

edit: Oh, and I don’t have a problem with people doing the aye aye aye at all, I was just commenting on people saying that i failed on the RSF that were sitting next to the camera on my first round match. I really don’t care about it very much though, I don’t even really hear anything when I am in the match.

It would be nice if we could get a group of us in the Everett area to practice together and maybe get a team going for season 2. I got a house here and have two 360s and two 42" LCD TV’s.

This is quite possibly the greatest news ever. Not even joking. After a few beers/drinks those will be the best tasting hot dogs ever. Good shit.
Also, I am a little disturbed by the amount of people that have not paid their entry fee. Not saying they are not good for it, but the last thing we want is for Frank to start scrambling around for cash well into the tournament season. Hopefully things pan out a little better next time.
Next season suggestion: You don’t play if you don’t pay. Bottom line. I get that we’re all friends here, but how much leniency are we all going to be allowed? I’m pretty sure all of us have jobs/ways to get that money. We’ve all paid entry fees to get into tournaments, this shouldn’t be any different. If homies can roll up to events to buy drinks, then they can stretch that dollar to pay their entry fees.
