Sent you a PM, but my schedule is 1:30PM-Midnight Wed-Sat - I would maybe be able to get out at 10:30PM or something but otherwise I can’t be anywhere until after midnight. I would be able to get the night off maybe noce we get into finals or something but certainly couldn’t do it more than once or twice.

So would STD want to go third or last? Honestly with the mock we ended up running each match will take 20-30 min each, so if we have you guys run during the 2nd half it shouldn’t impose a probelm.
What time were you looking to start/end things? I’d perfer going after work rather than before to be honest. But you also don’t need to reorganize the whole thing for me, if it won’t work reasonably then I maybe just wouldn’t be able to participate. I work downtown so I can’t think it would take me more than 10 minutes or so to get to the venue.
The only time I get @ the venue is after 10:30pm. If you’re 10 min. away it won’t be an issue cause I’m not running all 4 matches at the same time (please note, no one’s changing my mind about that so don’t bother asking/sugesting reason being is because all matches will be recorded and we only have one camera to do this right now so again each match will be ran one at a time)
Ah, that sounds workable then. I was worried you’d be trying to do it at like 5pm or something :o If anyone wants to buy my HAVA thing for like 75$ I would be able to pick up the Hauppauge recorded (Like 200$ish) and use it for recording this stuff. I keep wanting to buy it but just can’t rationalize the full 200$. :\
So there seems to be another venue in place along side Best Western. Which brings up 2 options:
Have people pick which day they want to play
or
I choose which days people can play (of course any issues the day or week will be changed)
I should start with this, which day is better for teams?
Saturday night 10:30-whenever
or Sunday afternoon 1 or 2pm to 6 or 7pm (preferring 6pm because I have work @ 8:30).
Also the end of the month is Thursday!!! Remember that characters will be locked into place on Friday. So look over the lists (here, and at www.tournamentwars.com) and let me know of the changes. To Team Jurassic, I have your changes already, I just need to update the page so you guys are fine.

I’m going to try to talk to Josh/Jacob’s boss about having a gathering at Best Western this Saturday Night. Think of it as a Pre Tournament Wars gathering, nothing serious. Just as many of us getting together for some games and I can discuss all of the rules with everyone so that we are all on the same page. I will try to talk to Ian tomorrow to fully set this up. Once I get the full green light I’ll post it up here.
Just to let you guys know, there’s more hype than you guys know about. There are people outside of tournament wars that are interested in watching (and a few were interested in joining…but they’ll have to wait for Season 2).
And again who else has a camera that we can use to record? I know we have Jeff’s as the primary one. I know Mac mentioned coming out to each session and was going to record…maybe we can use his flip for interviews/filming players. Let me know what’s good everyone.
