I think you just have to consider the source…assume people are trustworthy until they prove otherwise. The world will be a happier place too!

OP, I understand what you’re saying, but what you have to realize is that people aren’t playing it for free.
Someone had to buy that copy of the game that they’re playing on.
Yes, other people are playing it, but in a large majority of cases, most of those players had to sign up first and probably pay a registration fee - thereby not making it just an open public session. I can see why someone might have a problem if someone just set up a couple consoles and just let any random passers-by play the game, but that’s not the case.
What about MLG? Capcom don’t allow them to use their games
For various conflicting legal reasons, I forget the exact ones but they were mentioned in a stream.
It wasn’t due to the public use of the games.
