you could try finding the Tekken 5 anniversary stick. It has the form factor of the HRAP/Jap setup. While the stick/buttons aren’t up to par with the HRAP, it’s still decent. You can probably still find them at ebgames for about $80 with the T5 game. I have both, and while the HRAP is GDLK, the T5 is acceptable in terms of quality.

RAP is ezer to fix when it comes in to problems cuz it’s built like a arcade machine stick so the buttons r all wired up like the arcades.
As for the Tekken 5 stick it’s built like shit Hori started to save money on their stick parts since tekken 4 so they made the stick by making the buttons on to the mobo thing. So when u want to fix it, it’s kinda a pain in the ass!
Yea, i have a buddy with the T5, the stick is fine, but i find the buttons a bit odd. I think I’m going to look into the HRAP, what are the main differences between 1 and 2? And wheres the best place to get a deal on them?

Difference between 1 and 2 not much I think 1 is the one with the mirror surface 2 is the one with the small stripes. I find 1 kinda weird to use. Cuz when ur pressing down on the buttons u can feel that it’s empity inside the case. It’s just me I guess.
I think the special version is all sanwa stuff Stick&Buttons as for the normal RAP’s Sanwa stick Hori buttons.
All I know is that HK probably still has alot of thouse in stock. See if u have any friends going to HK ask them to buy u one and bring it back…
since you are talking about sticks, anyone want to sell me a jap stick that can work on xbox in one way or another. (either for xbox, or for ps2 and i just need to get a converter) On ebay they are like 60 dollars so if i buy it im not gonna pay more than 59 dollars

T5 and HRAPs uses the same buttons, only diffrence is the Stick itself (HRAP is Sanwa, T5 is generic Hori crap).
You can get a T5 and mod it, it’s way cheaper with the same outcome.
Just buy a converter there is a PS1/2 to XB1 converter.
Yes that’s definitely a good stick I think it’s the special edition RAP. All sanwa parts even if it’s not special edition it’s still a good stick cuz that’s RAP2 Version.
As for the XB sticks I think there should be around some where on the net cuz I’ve seen them. I belive there is a DOA stick?
