Attention all woodbine players !! BIG ANNOUNCMENT!!
Me and Steve just recently had spoken with the manager of Woodbine Mall. The situation on why Wizards Castle closing down was because the company could not afford to pay the rent for the space (wich was obviously due to lack of players/business). Regardless as many of you may have noticed the machines were still sitting there basically collecting dust. It was pointless to just leave the machines there. So a plan was made where the woodine would rent out the machines from Wizards castle . What this means now is that 50% of the profit will go directly to Woodbine and the other to Wizards Castle.
So YES, Woodbine will be opening soon before December if things follow through. Me and Steve are currently in the works to try to get a tournament started if it works. lets cross our fingers and hope that nothing interupts this and I will kepp you guys posted on progress.

Seeing LEslie in casual action against you guys was just inspiring. These fights were longer than the time Leslie beat that middle-aged dood in 2nd Impact with Urien to Ken with a Aegis Reflector finish. The lot of you going at it and all. We reaaallly do. I don’t see how woodbine arcade can stay open. It doesn’t have enough money in the first place to get money making games. Street fighter wouldn’t be able to even pay enough to keep the place open. Most of the people are poor too. Lots of times i’ve been asked for a quarter. I remember this guy who came up to my friend and demanded for one. Lol like that works.
And there’s nothing to draw in attention or reason anyways.

Funland has a good location + pizzaria assist.
Orbit has fobs whose culture will forever embrace arcades.
Woodbine has gangsters.
It’s not that i wouldn’t like to see it open, I just don’t see it happening or keeping up in the long run.
I honestly think it’s just better if west end peeps would communicate more and hold casuals and shit instead.
