Since I’m not going to be able to attend the Orbit Tournament next week, I ran an impromptu tourny today at Orbit, after everyone ran from Metro when they found out the sticks were shit.

Man, if he finished 5th despite giving up a chance to fight through losers bracket, I can’t understand how he can be a Jackass. I mean, I hear the guy is a really smooth operator actually. :karate: Really stand up cool guy.
One of these days maybe I will actually finish a CFJ tourney. :xeye:
Good time yesterday; KBBQ is top tier. My bad to all the people I talked to at that time 'cause I was very high/tired so I might have been blabbering and not making sense… more then usual lol, thanks everybody.

3s probably much sooner due to its popularity
games coming out are still in debate. i personally would prefer to take out sc2 to make my life easier, but it actually still makes a fair amount of money. virtua nba makes much less, but then i’d have to re-wire for sanwa sticks… not that it’s hard, but time consuming
but these changes won’t take place for a few weeks though
Soul Calibur 2: I don’t know how you can say it makes money when the only use I’ve ever seen was a garbage heap. The version is universally hated by anyone that’s actually serious about the game as well.
SvC: I’m pretty sure this gets less play time than SC2 and it’s a horrible game to boot.
Tekken 4: Is there even a point when 5 is right behind it and getting all the attention?
NBA whatever: Total waste of time and it’s already got six buttons ready to go.
Basically we need 3 Cvs2, 2 3S and 2 MvC2 to make this work without a hitch. The four extra boards fit into the four cabs mentioned. Done and done.
EDIT: on a side note, is it possible to put a 400 in 1 on a versus cabinet? If we can’t have this stick situation rectified it will completely kill the side tournament scene.
Also; I don’t see why ORBIT is holding off installing the 2nd 3S cabinet. That game is a cash cow in that arcade and a 2nd cabinet only has posotives, especially considering the Friday weeklies would allow for the tournies AND casual without even thinking about it.
