You see, the problem is, this isn’t totally about the 3S thing that makes it personal. Let’s look back at history…
Remember that thread way back when we first sort of got introduced to each other?
–I made a challenge to you and London players to take on me and Hamilton CvS2 players. This challenge went ignored.
–I pressed a little bit and you responded with a fucking rude post about how we were scrubby and not worth your time since you’re apparently a God among men. You talked to me like I was some 9 year old kid who picks Team Shoto and mashes buttons all match. Real smooth.
–I made another challenge to a money match which involved me giving up SF tourneys if I lost. Challenge went ignored.
–Another Hamilton player made a challenge, I believe it was Vanny. Challenge went ignored.
After all this, I was hoping that eventually I’d get you in a tourney match. It finally happened at T7. I won. I was not really expecting you to shake my hand afterward, especially since I was kind of a jerk and used Ibuki’s taunt to KO you one round(Antoine who was next to me at the time sorta rubbed it in too which i imagine hurt the ego a bit.) but you did and hey, I thought that was cool. Thought you actually gave me a bit of respect…how foolish I was.
Then I read your little story here about how it was Jap sticks that beat you, not me. Hey, jackass…I beat you four rounds straight convincingly okay. You barely got me below 50% life in any round. Your Jap stick excuse holds no ground here. If it was a close game and you got screwed over cause you couldn’t super at a key time…then fine, maybe it was Jap sticks that got you. But it wasn’t even close. You ran away from me most of the time cause every time it got to close quarters, I was fucking you up. Jap stick excuse is weak too considering some people like JS Master don’t like Jap sticks yet still manage to win or place well in tourneys with them anyways.
Seriously, if we ever cross paths again, I’ll KO you with Ibuki’s taunt again. Doubtful really though since basically I’m heading into that dreaded so-called thing called retirement and kicking your ass again is hardly a priority.

Look it just boils down to you guys (Mihai and Corry) not being good at the game. I give Geese his props because he plays “better” on pad but that doesn’t mean he’s “good” at CvS2. He still makes a lot of mental errors that better players recognize and exploit. That’s what separates players like Geese and Noodleman. Noodleman used to play like Geese years ago but continuous play against opponents that punished his mistakes (ie me and Byron every week and the ORBIT regulars) forced him to change the way he played in order to win. In the end, this isn’t a stick issue. Gerjay and I played Geese and Corry at Geese place and we were still winning more than we lost while playing on a controller we NEVER use, nevermind barely use. It’s not in either of your (Geese and Corry) interest to money match people at this point. You’re hampered by the sticks and you’re limited by the sheer way you play the game. Play, lose, learn, adapt. Bitch and moan and flame wars doesn’t help anyone’s game.
BTW; I recommend you two play at York University in the fall rather than ORBIT. It’s got a solid base of players that are good but not insane. You’ll lose but you won’t get destroyed like dealing with Jason, Wing, Eric, Ian so you’ll progressively get better. That’s how Cyrus got better in combination with trips to ORBIT and now he’s a very respectable CvS2 player.
Justin, I don’t agree with anything you said. Derian, which has been my main training partner for the past decade or so, was a better player IMO than anyone I have played in Toronto, cept for Roger. Roger is by FAR the most intelligent player in Toronto IMO. I have played most of the top players in Toronto in CVS2 (as an example) and I am fully confident I can go even with them at the very least after few more weeks practice on those horrible sticks. That’s a gaurantee. Most of the shit I get hit by has nothing to do with my mental errors. It has to do with bullshit I haven’t been exposed to like RC Electricity and your air throw tactics. That’s not to say they’re not effective. It just means that I will figure them out in a few weeks, and then they are rendered useless. It really doesn’t matter what is said anymore, though. I will prove that I can beat anyone once I put some serious practice in, so you guys can think what you want. You guys are solid players, but not even remotely close to being way better than me. Some of you have tactics that I consider hella ghetto, and it catches me off guard. Once I figure out the styles, it’s basically over. Money matches are still on with ANYBODY. Nobody from Toronto intimidates me in any game except Marvel which I fucking suck at. WB!, you have no chance against me on good sticks. I will beat you in 3S once I can get good on Jap sticks. That is that. I don’t give a fuck what is said past this point. Bring cash noodleboy.

from what i saw in the vid, you STILL suck. Corry isn’t a top player by any means, and i’m sure even he would agree. Not only did you manage to blow your gigantic lead with Ken, you STILL mess up execution with random stuff like standing fireball super with sagat, and only manage to win with a sliver of life with the time running down. And man, that pro honda, barely taking the round when cammy refused to block. TOOOOOOOOOOOOOP TEIR. If you call that beasting, hats off to you. You’re a beast.
