Let me be first to say that Cyrus (Myrhic Exile) is a cool guy. I think the problem is that he takes every post on SRK seriously when he shouldn’t. So really, it’s just a big misunderstanding. He’s obviously really offended, and if that’s the case, he won’t last long. He’ll be gone really soon. But if he realizes that everything on SRK is a joke and should not be taken seriously, it’s all gravy. Look at the Christmas Countdown thread. You can read all five hundred pages of it and you can be assured that
- No one is going to play mvc2 for $500
- Matt isn’t going to break anyone’s face
- Tien isn’t going to beat up Mythic Exile or Green
- Jiggabry isn’t going to lose any money matches
- Archer isn’t good at 3s
These are all guarantees. I think everyone knows that it’s all true. But why do people keep posting shit online? Because it’s fun. So no one should every take something posted on some weird video game forum seriously.
