well T10 is a console tourney so the console version would be used ( ipresume)
but like there probably wont be any bimonthly sf4 tournies at getty because the arcade version is missing a bunch of characters that ppl most likely will want to use. (unless they come out with an updated arcade version, or if ppl dont use the newer character alot, or someting)

The money added on for 120hz can be used to grab an extra few inches for a bigger television.
film is filmed at 24fps, and 120 is a multiple at 24. the result is a more fluid /sharper picture for bluray. tv is filmed at 30fps I believe, so if you’re watching tv, it’s not going to help. I’d honestly go for a bigger tv or upgrading the audio
