yeah I gonna have to jump on the wagon that this is probably the best thing that’s happened to the internet so far…at least for this year. Being able to sit down and watch these shows and talk to other people/read what other people say is too good.
I think I need to do something to my laptop…increase virtual memory or something. After 15 minutes of viewing, sound is fine, but the video goes single-frame per scene change, laptop locks up (cursor won’t move, keys non-responsive, browser won’t close), and I have to manually power down. It’s only this site’s streaming video that causes that. Any idea what’s going on? 2 gb of memory, and 1.60 ghz on 10mbps road runner cable internet.
Cache might not be resetting. Try using a different browser and uninstall and reinstall the flash player. Also block other connections and scripts. Also try changing quality from high to low and refreshing the window.

Okay, I found the problem. Firefox. Normally it’s well-behaved, but it just goes all megalomaniacal and starts consuming ALL system resources while that site is open in a window. I went there with Opera, and watched for 3 hours last night. No problems.
