i downloaded some kung faux and i have to say it is fucking awesome

i make a 4 hour drive every time i go to TGA and i’ve never gotten housing close to the place. honestly nobody really lives near TGA…i think the closest peeps dont’ have space, and the people that have space are 2+ hours away (in the wrong direction for you).

last time we went to TGA we crashed at a hotel that was 15 minutes away. cost a little bit over 100 bucks and they have a good breakfast buffet. ask Gavin for details.

If I do go to TGA, I’ll play Gerjay in Marvel for $20 bucks as a warmup for my moneymatch with Mike Chaos at EVO. Even if he beats me (theres a high chance he will considering I’m crazy rusty at Marvel) it should still be good practice.

I don’t know if we’d end up in the same place before or after the tournament so playing at TGA will be fine. We play on the same japanese versus cabs at home so the transition shouldn’t be too much.

Nestor; what size bet did you want to set?

Good shit man. I know you used to be very good and you’re shaking rust to get back into form. I may want to sidebet on you over this Chaos guy when it’s all said and done.

My CvS2 game is pretty garbage of late and the only other real CvS2 player coming is Roger, who seemed to have issues with the speed of the cabinet last time so I can’t really make a pre-emptive bet in that game. Odds are I’ll take a money match when I actually get to sit down at the cab and see how I feel.

So it looks like at least $70 and whatever Nestor wants for Marvel. I think that’ll be suitable for now. If anyone else wants to play Gerjay in Marvel please let me know and we’ll work something out. If he wins any of his matches I always give the option to run it back for the same or less money too. Whatever encourages the best play for the longest period of time.
