It’s because of the time for matches we can’t have someone kill someone once then start going under the level so the oppenent can’t reach them. An Example would be if Ike was facing meta-knight and the meta killed ike once and flew under battlefield for the remainder of the time. The Ike player would not be able to do anything about that tactic and lose the match. It’s been like this since melee because of jigglypuff and doing something similiar in that game.

Yo Nestor I want to run a Teams tourney after the singles tourney because teams is usually run after singles at any tourney.

I guess that shit is kinda like mvc2 dead body infinite. Thats banned at tourneys.

There no other team tourneys unless theres time so it all depends in the time available. I wouldn’t hold my breathe for a 3s one. Good luck getting GGAC tourney finished quickly.

I’ve run a 2v2 for GG for most ranbats I’ve been at. They don’t take nearly as long as GG singles so there’s generally no problem running them. I guess we’ll see though since this ranbat looks to be a little more crowded for time.

Thats fine, but for the SF games im only running singles and nobody can start any team tourneys until im done running singles.

Im down to Add Basara X and KOF98UM to the next ranbat depending on how popular it is.

Also ppl, im going to try to work out some prizes for winners of the ranbats at the end of the season because it seems like a waste to have a point system. Maybe even something bigger in the future. :wow:
