DG, if you bring Dakou and Xiaohai to Los Angeles I will money match them both in Street Fighter 4. Not for any huge amounts of money, but for whatever I have at the time.
I will consider it, you have between LA and Mexico.
What do I have to ask Mr. Wizard? We have to work as a joint venture if this is gonna happen. What that means is that there is deal made in regards to LDA Inc. also getting a share of the pot in order for us to hold tournaments and stuff like I did in the past at EVO.
Otherwise like I said I am not gonna bring Dakou and Xiaohai to EVO nor am I going to hold tournaments at EVO. What others do not associated with LDA Inc. is not under my control.
That’s what happens when you go to other countries and play on those arcade machines. America/Mexico/Canada arcade cabinets use Happ for the most part and it’s usually Japan that uses Sanwa/Seimetsu. If a Mexican guy goes over there and plays KOF and complains about the stick setup hitting the square gates and not having the full 360 degrees of movement, are we going to care? NO. Get used to both stick styles.
hey emil
here is the difference between dark geese and you
dark geese: leaves his moms house to play kof
you: don’t
shut up forever tia
Rofl what shitty us arcade still uses american sticks other than college campuses, they don’t count bc they don’t know jack shit.
Also, Dakou will beat everyone senseless at evo while getting a blowjob from a random vegas hooker with his hand holdin her head with his other hand playing with the stick on random select.
Also since I had the audacity to read what stupid Emil replied I will say this- BATA TOLD US HE’S #1 IN 98 IN JAPAN.
Lecter told this to you Emil online so just go roll over and die in your grave because your Japanese players aren’t as untouchable as you have mistakenly brainwashed the people here on SRK to believe.
I will give you ONE thing right Emil and I give credit where Credit is due unilike you…Esteban got his act together and played FANTASTIC in the tournament, he got 4th but he put on a helluva show, beating Alexis to take the plaque we made for him in he Alexis vs. Esteban Challenge. I’ve got interviews of Alexis, Esteban, 2 of Bata, Kane9999, Hugo, Abraham, Luis Cha, all that good stuff so once again Emil pretty much anything you say we have more than enough evidence to shut you up with.
DG + Lecter- 10
Emil-1 (Esteban putting on a show to beat Alexis)
Goodbye everyone have a nice day and do not listen to Emil because you will suffer if you do!
Also FYI Bata lost in the Mexico vs. Japan ft16 2002 UM Exhibition at 1 AM today to the Chihuahuakof players Taro and Ivan.
He lost to Taro 5-4 and Ivan 6-2.
Now I will drop here from time to time just to see if I’m missing anything other than that guys I will hopefully see you all on my forum, where all JuareZ WarZone updates will go.
ruleta!!
You do know that some people prefer Happ over Sanwa/Seimetsu right? I can’t play for shit on the Japanese sticks, but I can play with the American ones. They are the ones I grew up with and I like the resistance. I kinda wish Madkatz would make a happ edition of the stick.
Oh shit. :looney:
Is he sandbagging? LOL
What does Bata saying he’s the best in 98, have to do with anything that happened in 2k2? I had never even seen Bata play 2k2 before. From the videos you uploaded of Bata though, even though he was messing around, it seemed pretty obvious (if you have knowledge of the game and knowledge of player mentalities) that he was stronger mentally and in the knowledge department…though honestly, I found all the matches to be pretty sloppy, as if they were deteroriating in skill over the years.
Yes Lecter told me…but you don’t understand something - me thinking Esteban was better, didn’t really mean that he was going to win - Esteban beating Alexis 4-0 itself doesn’t necessarily prove he is better. I considered Esteban better for other reasons.
Yeah evidence against things I probably never said. Do you even know what you’re arguing about anymore?
DG, that match of Bata you uploaded has me confused. Bata says he’s the best 98 playing in Japan but in the 98 match you uploaded has him not doing hop B stC Qcf+C followups. Even if he was sandbagging, why would he not do such basic combos? Casuals is casuals so I wasn’t expecting him to be busting his ass to win but still… And what was with the heavy jumping for 20 seconds?

Because it was EXTREMELY obvious just how much execution trouble he was having there. Shouldn’t even be debated.
The sticks were obviously not good for him. In parts of that video (as well as some other videos), he’s trying to test out things like fireballs and hops and stuff, and he struggles. He can’t even do the Iori rekkas combo. Painfully obvious what the problem was.
Not sure why dark geese would even bother uploading something like this, more like a test session to see if his stick is working right.
No, Bata was getting pretty frustrated from losing a lot…you could see it on his face, we had to tell him to calm down…plus in the Tournament of Champions and 2002 tournament he even said he was very nervous playing. But bottom line is a loss is a loss is a loss.
Hatred I think he was having some problems with the stick he was using in KOF 98 during that match. That was the first match prior to taking like 35 minutes to get warmed up. He didnt like the setup so much we actually brought him a 98 arcade machine the next day… Next time as we said he needs to bring his stick because we dont wanna hear ANY excuses for losing!!!
Huh? Pretty obvious that losing due to having stick problems isn’t as valid as losing when you don’t have stick problems.
I don’t think it was frustration from simply losing…but rather losing due to failing to execute w hen he needed to.
Is it any surprise that in a thread called “To Dark Geese! Please Read!” Emil is the first response? It’s like you two are tied by fate or something.
The difference here is that Emil is out of things to argue about now…he no longer has remotely any argument and anyone like even X20Strikefreedom that was sipping on the Japanese Koolaid has to realize that now.
What? You didn’t even prove anything.
I proved everything- I proved everything I had been saying since Day One in case you hadn’t noticed- That you dont know wtf is gonna happen unless you see it in person. Just because they get invited to SBO and stuff doesnt mean they are the best in the world. U all give them this victory on a Silver Platter without taking into account the HEAD TO HEAD. It’s as if these Asian players were given the crown by birthright, and as you all clearly see, there are others in the world WAITING to take it away.
This proves you cant watch a youtube video and call the result of the match or say some BS like just because someone has Asian blood they are gonna win. So this tournament proves what I have been saying all along, and it has shut up a lot of people out there who have being “riding” the Japanese as just Gods gift to Earth like they show up and they will just win.
Let JuareZ WarZone be a lesson to you all if you were drinking that Japanese koolaid so much thinking “Japan wins for free” and you “just wanna see the underdog Mexico win”…you have to admit that if you thought that YOU WERE DEAD WRONG. If you felt that way then hopefully you just got educated on how ignorant that view is.
I’ve been saying it’s ignorant for a while, but for some of you it takes something like this to be a RUDE AWAKENING of just how little you know!
This is pretty funny. No one said any random Japanese player can win. What was said was [insert high level player] can win. Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, American, Russian it doesn’t matter. Plus him being nervous affecting his skills is a weak point to use against him. Just beating a Japanese player because they’re Japanese is weak. Japan has lots of bad players just like everywhere else.
What’s next? If you play Dakou in a place so cold it affects his gameplay and you manage to win you’re going to count that as a legit defeat?
This is what I’m seeing. You hate people praising the Japanese. So you got a Japanese player. He loses and you act like you pulled a David and Goliath here. It’s sad. This isn’t even about skills. It’s turned into so pathetic laughable race contest.
