Not sure what is going on with your Joybox Converters. I usually have the Joybox Converter plugged into the Wii (with 'cade stick plugged into converter) and then with the Wii powered off, turn the console on. From there you just load up TvC with the Wiimote and when the game gets to the opening credits, the stick should be fine and working.

Simple enough and I know you mentioned you did that, so I’m not sure what’s up.

Been able to test my converter with the T5 stick as well as my HRAP 2 SA and both work flawlessly. I have a custom stick with a PSX PCB but I haven’t had the chance to check that out.

What’s the best stick to get with the Wii? The Hori one looked really good (cheap + my PS2 stick is hori) so I wanted that but it is wireless right? Any input lag issues with that? Anyone have the TvC exclusive stick? Any better?

Joybox cube(purple) works with hrap1 flawless,I just order it from playasia so maybe they made different version?

My Joybox works well with the MAS stick im using along witht he ps2 control, i plan on getting a HRAP 2 but inlight of this thread im having second thoughts…

I have a HRAP 2 SA and my stick with all seimitsu worked with The mayflash cube joybox but when i modded it with all sanwa it just doesnt work anymore and im pretty stumped (out side of stripping the whole game thing and rewiring which isnt a bad ideal but im trying to stay away from that.) Anyone have suggestions on helping me get my HRAP 2 SA back working with a Gamecube Mayflash cube joybox. I REALLY want to get on this TvC. I also noticed its easy to open the joybox any easy hacking of that? Thanks in advanced.

Oh and this works with my Pelican ps2 to usb adapter all buttons light up and the stick responds in windows

and works on my ps2 games flawlessly

i have the same issue about arcade joystick not being recognized. Is there any chance that Something like homebrew can be done specially for this?

Is anyone having lag issues with the Magic Path II convertors using a PS1 pcb?

For those who wondering if the Magic Path II lags or not, I just tested it out and it works perfectly (using a PS1 PCB). If I see my friend this weekend I’ll get him to test out with his HRAP.

my hrap 2 sa pcb didnt work so i cut it out sold it and modded a ps2 DS2 early model A works perfectly with my mayflash joyboxes…

Btw completely off topic Q here but, don’t most converters not work with Dual pcb sticks?

Assuming I want to use the same Fighting Stick I use to play TvC to play SF4, what Fighting Stick should I buy? I heard there’s a way to mod your fighting stick so you can plug it into the Wii or something? I’d rather not have 2 different fighting sticks.

im using a ps2 stick with a red octane 3 in one converter. works perfectly but i dont think they make them anymore. so the joybox converter is really good as well? i may recommend it to a friend.

yea i also use the mayflash cube joybox pro convertor and it works great with my 8 button mas stick. and DUN DUN DUN cvs2 on gc
