Arthur isn’t bad in this game. It’s just kinda hard to get out of certain situations against certain rushdown heavy characters. I’m glad he is getting more health in Ultimate.
I think Morrigan might be worse than Arthur… Or equally bad.

Arthur isn’t underrated, he’s just bad. He has no way to deal with teleporting characters. To be viable, I think he needs Haggar or Tron assist, and even then it would be tough to win. You do play the team very well Eugene, but my team falters to zoning teams. And even with the disadvantage, I wasn’t losing many matches. Also, Arthur instantly loses to Magneto.
This. You’re instantly at a disadvantage if you’re using a slow, defensive character. Thanks to DHC glitch, all it takes is one hit to kill. Thank God that bullshit is being taken out in Ultimate.

I agree. The only thing she has going for her is j.S. Her mirror super is gimmicky and doesn’t really do much, and her rocket super does no damage. At least Arthur’s supers are damaging and linkable.

Her damage in general sucks. Her good assist is pointless because Ammy has the same thing. I also personally hate her ground dash. Her UMvC3 changes seem interesting, but I don’t think they’ll drastically change her usefulness considering all the other nerfs there are to Phoenix.
