I’m a student at UT at Martin, and there isn’t a scene here. Based on that, I have a question: is Martin closer to Nashville or Memphis? Or is there somewhere that’s closer than those two for me to go? Hopefully the latter is the case as Memphis and Nashville are both more than an hour away. ;x

Martin is just barely closer to Memphis, but practically speaking the difference in travel time is small. Approximately two and a half hours to Memphis by car… and approximately two and a half hours to Nashville by car (meh, Google). You’ll be driving for basically the same amount of time no matter what, not to mention the extra time you’ll be driving if you somehow get lost in the streets of either city.

If you are willing to drive that long every Wednesday to play fighting games, go for Memphis and join us at Fight Night. Otherwise, you could also check out Kumite in Tennessee, an upcoming event.

Speaking of fighting games, I think I’ll be able to make it tonight. I’m mainly bringing Chronophantasma, with the DLC, to the venue along with that other game I don’t play, namely Injustice.

I want to play chrono.

We (me and my younger brother) had to leave pretty early on, as it was sprung on me that my eldest brother was moving out, so we had a sort of “Last Supper” for him.

GGs to the ones who were there when I was, though. It’s definitely labbing time with Kokonoe…

I’ll be there this upcoming Wednesday. Hopefully there will be some MvC3 up there.

Random, I know this isn’t really a place for it considering they have their own boards, but if I brought Melee would anyone be down on playing? People would just have to bring their own GC controllers.

I don’t think there’s a soul among us who doesn’t own UMvC3. I won’t personally be bringing it, as I have it on 360 and am instead bringing a PS3.

If someone just really really wants to play KOF13 (I don’t own Team $15) and posts here before 4:30-5PM, then I’ll bring my 360, but…

I never cared much for Smash and I’m still all over BBCP/KOF right now, so I don’t think I would go for it.
