I just recently started trying my hand at KOF XIII Steam version, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but does anyone know how to slow the gameplay down? I haven’t played a KOF game since '06 (though as far as a legit KOF game, '04 would be my last one), but it looks like everybody, including the background characters, are moving like they’re on crack in this game.
