The difference in choosing Akuma, is you might think it’s tier whoring, but he takes a lot of work compared to other top tiers. Don’t think using him is a free win like some other top tiers.
@Squabbler Yea I figured as much. Its just that akuma to me would seem to be a more favorable choice to most people because he is a very versatile character. I’ve noticed that my biggest issue since I’ve been playing the game is that I don’t know any of the frame data for most characters in order to know how to punish etc. Do you know any good references?

Man I’ve been back on that mvc2 crack as of late and its all because of Jas. But, now that I been practicing. I’m more than confident that I can beat Jas in a ft 10 for money and if he has the guts he will accept my challenge! Hi everyone I haven’t been here in forever. Josh is considering going to The Fall Classic in NC. He has a friend that lives in Raleigh that he wants to go see and it falls during that same time frame. He asked me to check and see if any of the TN players are going. I hope everyone is doing well.
I’ve been trying to gauge people’s interest in going to TFC. Not a lot of people have expressed intentions one way or the other of going. I would definitely like to go, it’s just a matter of how many people to plan around.
I want to go to TFC just didn’t know how much interest TN had in going but I definitely plan on going.
I know Dax expressed an interest in travelling more, not sure if he wanted to go to TFC. Squab said he’d like to go but some circumstances are keeping him from being a confirmed yes. Those are the only 2 who have said anything to me about going. The bigger the group the less we’d potentially have to pay. I’m currently seeing flight, hotel, and car rental costs around $315 per person with a group of 4 people.
