TN Thread: Johnny Nutsacks Bizarre Adventure!

This shit is too funny.

Problem with balance? Better listen to bad players.

Injustice: Nerfs Among Us

that scorpion nerf is horse shit and hurts his only real threat and vortex starter

Jesus I’m so tired of the instant changes. They keep changing shit that has only been out for like 10 mins. Even if something is actually “broken” enough time hasn’t passed for anyone to reasonably know that. Add your characters and leave the damn game alone for a while. This shit is why I stopped playing MK as well.

Untouched so far: (Not that I’m asking for nerfs, just a running count"

Harley Quinn
Nightwing
Batman
Superman
Killer Frost(?)
Hawkgirl
Green Arrow
Green Lantern
Lex Luthor
Raven
The Flash
Wonder Woman

Fable 3 is free on xbla.
Ps4 is my next thing, but I’m still playing the heck out of my 360.

Meh not even mad bout scorpion. It wasnt broken just annoying when spammed and now it can’t be. I never thought to down block it though since I’m still in mk9 mode and it was hard punishing him down blocking in that game but why mess with his flip kick?. And no more random dive kicks from black Adam. Lol and last thing, why the fuck does wonder woman’s B3 keep getting f’d up? Every other day I can’t do combos from B3

So regular tele punch wasn’t even an overhead? Just a crossup?

Pretty much. It was so much slower in MK9 so it easier to react and it helps there was a block button. This game oy reacting to that online is almost impossible.

Killer Instint is going the dead of alive route with one character at release. Pay for other charscters… lol!!! … really?

Gg’s Microsoft

I don’t really understand how everyone seems to love Steam but hates Microsoft? What if, because developers and MS will be getting some direct profit from used game sales, Xbox One games are cheaper new? That’s what they would do if they were smart. Price new games at $50-55 since they will now be getting profit from used sales.

If Microsoft were smart they would have never released Windows 8, but that didn’t stop them.

Correction, they were speaking of a demo and it was thought of as a free to play. How did that happen?

So did anyone else see the trailer for the new Smash Bros. game? Anybody still think that Zero is broken after seeing that?

Cause Steam prices games fairly as the games age and constantly have sales and even make new games cheaper.

Well it seems like Microcock just shot themselves in the foot hardcore now. "Don’t have an internet connection? Stick with the Xbox 360"

The online check-in thing isn’t what bothers me. Not being able to just borrow a game is annoying. And then, if true that I have to pay a fee to activate a used game, is even worse. Say you buy a brand new game, $60. Then I buy it from you for $30/40 and then Microsoft charges me another $20 just to change the license to me, regardless if it’s multiplayer or not. I find that highly ridiculous because I might as well just buy it brand new. Personally with this type of system, I would be way more hesitant to take a chance on a game that I want to “try”. I understand this might be an extreme example, but the point is still there.

As for Steam, it’s mostly the fact that you can get brand new titles up to 25% off “just because” when they are having one of the big sales. And older games that you might not have played are on flash sales all the time for like $3-10. And I’m not sure if they are still doing it, but you could at one point trade games through Steam (basically just swaps licenses with the other person). I honestly don’t think I’ve ever paid full price for a game on Steam other than when Half-Life 2 was released and I pre-ordered it.

Also with Steam, the developer/publisher can decide on when they want to do a price drop or sale. They basically type into a text field that they want it to be this price today and, boom, it’s on sale. It’s totally up to Microsoft whether they want to put a game on sale. And if you think that cutting down used game sales will mean lower new game prices, you’re only fooling yourself for 2 reasons. No used games will mean less competition for new games so they have no reason to lower the price. Also, if they wanted to pass the savings on to consumers, that would have happened with the transition to digital anyway; digital copies of games shouldn’t be $60 since they’re much less expensive deliver to the end user than boxed retail products.

Plus, keep in mind, when Steam launched, people HATED it. It took a couple years for them to gain the favor of their audience. But, considering the PC space didn’t have a used game market anyway, it was already more understandable for the service to function the way it does.

And as far as online check-ins. 24 hours is a ridiculously small amount of time for such a restriction. Sure cases during which you won’t have internet for 24 hours will be uncommon, but I know I personally have gone days without turning on my console and then, hey the internet went out, so I’ll just turn on my system and play a single player game for a while to pass the time while I wait for the internet to come back up. This tiny window also means that Microsoft’s authentication servers need to be flawless. Because if their servers go down, nobody can play anything once the 24 hour check rolls around on their respective system.

I think that these types of restrictions have some merit to them later down the line once the transition to digital is a more widely accepted, and when the the infrastructure for internet is more stable nationally. But, Microsoft was way to heavy handed about it, and they were implemented too many restrictions too soon.

Downloaded scorpion and game randomly freezes. WTF!!!
