That demo is mad old, none of that stuff works anymore. That version is even before I played the game…wouldn’t practice that if you are planning on playing MK9 seriously, lots of different things…

SRK: you never played MK or Soul Calibur or Virtua Fighter? Default button config on the PS is the only way to go.

shrug if you aren’t an MK fan then whatever, but the game plays fine, that demo is just really old. I think if people play the game and give it a chance they will like it. Tekken players will be able to play up close games like normal MKvs DC stuff so I see them being good at it quickly…

So how does it play? Could you compare it to any MK 3 or before? (3 is the last one I played in the arcades)
Are combos/juggles heavily emphasized? For all characters?
Also, DreamTR, I’m trying to help set up a tournament with a venue here in Cookeville and I get the following question:

I mean, I’m pretty sure the answer is “no but I don’t have to” but I’m wondering if there’s a more definitive way to answer her. Apparently she is asking for a reason… Perhaps this is an issue with some game companies? Do you know the technicalities on this?
