It’s like this, SUPPOSEDLY, it’d be Gray and Red Cap/Hawkeye, and Red Thor.
But I’ve ran through arcade with the three of them, played on Asgard, Asgard: Sea of Space, Galactus, and nothing. Got no title.
Did you try Iron Man instead of Thor?
I think it has to be Marvel characters maybe? Though it’s worth noting the following Capcom alts are also inspired by other characters
Wesker 6 is Bison
Trish (don’t remember the numbers) has Vergil and Dante colours
Vergil 4 is Nero, Vergil 6 is Demitri (and of course his Dante alt)
Viewtiful Joe’s are almost all different characters from Captain Blue, Jet Black, Silvia, Alistair, and…I don’t know remember who the White is.
Nemesis 4 and his green alt are RPD Officer and Man-Thing. One of the red alts is inspired by the Executioner from RE5
Chun-Li 6 is Shadow Lady
Zero’s alts like Joe’s are based on various MM characters like X, Bass, etc.
Jill 2 and 6 is Saki and Vanessa Z. Schneider
But as I said I’m pretty sure it might be a Marvel character thing, who knows.

I tried the Days of Future past and it didn’t work at all for some reason. I went through arcade mode completely with wolverine, magneto, CapAm; also tried to do Wolverine, Magneto and Hulk played maybe 4 matches and nothing came up. Is there a certain stage maybe?
Were Nova or RR in that episode/have alts from it if they were in it
I’m not sure, but I THINK it has to be on the Days of Future past stage (the one with the sentinels) Could you please check for me? Also, make sure you have the right colors 
Yea I put the right colors both times, going to see if I can manage to get the stage on arcade lol
