Honestly i don’t think anyone is garbage.
Tiers are dependant on how much money you willing to spend.
Top 5 are: Nash, Karin, Necalli, Vega, Bison - Possibly Chun instead of Vega or Bison
No one feels super weak right now.
Certain characters definitely feel super strong though. Fucking Cammy.
early tier lists can point out characters who are more popular and more likely to show up at your next tournament or ranked match. even if they end up being wrong at the end, they’re still useful for now.
right now it’s looking like the bird, the claw, and the chinese girl.
