I remain unconvinced. Lard sharky, do you have any evidence other than your “(period)” ?

I have done Makoto’s karakusa and had it result in a tech animation, but I had never considered what el_diablo said, that it is actually just the opponent’s normal throw being teched by the karakusa. That sounds much more feasible to me, but agian, I have no idea. Can someone provide proof one way or another, or perform a definitive test? I do not have my DC at the moment or I would do it.

Also, for those who believe command throws can be teched, how is it done? With lp+lk or by performing the input for your opponent’s command throw?

Okay im using qs tick against live opponent now, after blocked jab i get punished while trying to command grab, is the throw at least a guaranteed attempt???

It’s not “safe” by any means. All it happens to be is tricky. Your opponent can punish you with lots of stuff. Vary your play strategy more.

Does anyone like to tick a gigas breaker I do it once in a while but I try to keep away from it since I usually pull gigas prematurely each time I try to tick.

I like to tick gigas breaker off of standing short. They key is to just do 1 rotation during the short, then another rotation afterwards. You just have to have a small delay to make sure you don’t do it too fast.

Hey Streak like I was saying to SlimX in a different thread, you guys should make a Hugo tutorial vid like Oro’s and Q’s I want to make it myself but I dont got any of the right equipment. And another thing, this time concerning your Q tutorial vid I was wondering why you left out the fact that Q can cancel his B.hk into his taunt cause its actually pretty useful sometimes.
