After learning that most of my characters cannot ToD, I’ve decided to go for throw resets. I have a fairly good setup for Nova mostly but there are problems

[]Firstly, the opponent can recover in two ways, front and back recovery, there is also neutral recovery too but I’m not too sure if lots of people use this
[]Secondly, my throw setups against comp may seem really good but against players, it somewhat fails against those who spam attacks in panic

So my question is, what makes a throw setup really good? Is there anyway I can get it better?
What I use is the Moons style reset which is
:f:+:h:, :d:+:m:+:a2:(Cold Star), fly and grab
For Doom, it’s just
(OTG), fly, move forward and grab
Not happy about the move forward bit
