Best 3s song? I’d say Jazzy NYC 99’ (original) closely followed by Crazy Chili Dog (arranged) and The Longshoreman.
Personally I think 2i’s soundtrack fits better in the SF3 universe. Also Sharp Eyes (Ibuki) in 2i and NG are gdlk tracks.

i too like the 2i char select music. although 3s still best.
has the same tones and rhythm as the rainbow road track from mario kart.
the synth used for 2i is really sick. i love to find his settings.
Q’s theme is the best. Especially its arranged version; when you get to the 3rd round, the bass and the piano’s effin’ incredible.
