Lol, you dirty, dirty player. I was thinking though, wouldn’t several characters have 100% combos using X-Factor?

Do we petition capcom not to nerf this 100%combo? it is almost guaranteed they are going to so something about it. I want this game to be as over the top as possible.

If anything, I think capcom has to continue evolving what they want to do with X-factor.
Good stuff Marn, y’all need to try to play with felicia as much as possible so capcom knows that she is complete trash at the moment rather than thinking she has untapped potential; it is too early for a character to be at his/her/its limit/ceiling already.

By the looks of this combo. It looks easy to execute and fun as hell. I hope more character in the game have one. Also wouldn’t you only be able perform x-Factor at the end of match when X-Factor is activated. In my opinion I still think it’s pretty limited to all characters in the game anyway.

Why do people keep forgetting these things? X-Factor can now be activated at any time, but only once.

Well they’re gonna nerf it no matter what. Beyond that, seeing that combo gave me flashbacks to so many games starting with 2 storms running towards each other at the start of the game and exchanging jabs. I mean who WOULDN’T take the guy with the 100% that you can start the game with as their point?

I just wanted to ask a question…how do we know for sure that there are no infinites in this game? Frankly we are in the beginning stages of figuring out the game and the extent of what can be done and what rules can be broken. Nobody has been given the chance to truly sit down and play around with the game yet, so we have no idea whats possible. Being that Dante has a ridiculous amount of moves, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them can be linked together to form some kind of infinite/semi infinite…

Well because of the IPS, you can’t really do any loops to cause an actual infinite. It has to do insane damage and it has to do it quickly or your opponent might fall out of the combo near the end of it.

They made it so that after so many hits, the hit stun is so low, that you literally have to try to keep yourself in the combo for it to keep working, otherwise just block.

Ahh…I see, then that is very disappointing. So its similar to Guilty Gear in that regard. I must say that I would rather have the auto-dizzy after 40-50 hits instead. That is a serious bind on the freedom of the combo system.

I’m sure after enough prodding, they can fix it or change it up.

I hope so, otherwise its BnBs all day…no mixups, resets, or anything of that sort of nature.

well there’s a middle ground between ‘100% combos’ and ‘no resets or mixups or anything of that sort’.

True; a wild dichotomy, really. Still, I’m big on satisfying the majority and the high level players need their tools and rewards as well.

That’s a pretty good question I’m not sure. When I think about Trish in this game she is kind of similar to Testament in GGXXAC.
