Yeah, but some infinites are braindead; check the ones by Dante, Nova and Sentinel. I think they’re still char specific though.

actually dante’s was one of the ones that required visually confirmation, or at least PR Rog//Marlin Pie thought it was definitely much harder than others, Magneto’s is 100% viable for sure though along with some others but that is neither here nor there let’s all get hype for more plinking goodies from Airborne, or at least I know I am haha.
I have a ft10 that I played with my friend from Denver. I still won this 10-9 even though I choked hard and could have made it 10-7. Anyways advice is always appreciated. I have a hard time keeping the Dante assist safe. He gets tagged a lot. Also there was another FT10 I played with my friend where I got bodied. I will link that here when it becomes available. My only critique is that there are less risky and higher priority anti-air moves than webthrow.
Yeah this is the same woes I have with those who I feel are the stronger users of super armor nemisis//hulk, those tentacles + s.:h: for hulk are just so good at forcing spidey to respect them that anything aside from a stray web throw//web ball won’t open them up. Loving your teams synergy too I still haven’t gotten down the timing for that “cross-up” web throw after doom missles from your combat video, it’s so useful haha.
Which moves should I be using for anti air? I generally use Web throw against characters such as these because they have to commit to aerials more or less and that makes them vulnerable to web throws.

You would be surprised how good raw launcher is. Just get right under someone and press S. It also can be used for crossing up.
cr. M has a very large hitbox for how dumb the normal looks and it’s spidey second fastest normal. Just go from cr. m st. H spidey sting and do whatever you want after that.
Air throwing is good, but so is everyone’s air throw in this game.
Random spidey sting-spiderbite, zip cancel is very under rated. Just do it and scare the bejesus out of someone. Pretty safe on block. Watch out if they push block, you can get punished if you keep going in. You’ll need to adjust and zip the other way.
Thats about it for aa. Enjoy. Also, v. people that have armored normals, I just web zip at them mashing buttons. Between ziping in and pressing a button, there usually isn’t enough startup between to have the armor come out to beat your attack. Incase you think that is too risky, you can just block on the way in and if they try and hit you, its a free punish with chicken guard or cr. H. If all else fails, just run away and annoy the shit out of them with web balls and full screen web throws. Fat dudes are super free to spidey.
Stop jumping around so much. Don’t be afraid to stick to the ground sometimes and space out cr. A’s and cr. H’s. Zipline and AD approaches are good but they have predictable angles and you were getting punished for it. Also protect your assists. You could have done something as simple as running forward and mashing lows to force them to either pushblock or stay in block stun.

Ya I need to not jump as much. My biggest problem is usually not wanting to get locked down by an assist. Thanks for the advice. I will work on these.
I’ve used kara-spider sting to great effect (especially against magneto). If you can space it right, you get a nice sweet spot where you dodge whatever they’re throwing out and tag them and more often than not, their assist.
I see no mention of st. as an anti-air. I am disappoint.

In regards to the infinites
Personally, I’m more interested in using Spidey for setting up TAC infinites rather than using him to perform one. Remember the dash cancel glitch? Hit confirm into sj :h: web swing, TAC up xx AD xx TAC down. Sexy
You mean why use one strong anti-air when you could use another strong anti-air that has a different hitbox? That was a rhetorical question, right?
Sadly, there still isn’t one that shows all of his moves. People forget that this character is actually viable.
There really is no point of using st. M because 99% of the time srk is simply a better answer. st. M really has no use besides doing run under mix-ups and setting up whiff throws.
