We should let randoms be leaders (people with stars who can change which video we’re watching), mostly because for example right now I’m the only one in the room, and I wish I could jump around a little (like watch only Chun matches or something). All I know is that that’s how most of the other channels are run, and I don’t think it hurts them any. Mods can take the star back of course, but it just seems like a random room about 3S isn’t going to be trolled too bad, it’s too boring to outsiders, so it’d be safe to let someone have that much power, even a random.

I like it the way it is now but I’ll definitely consider it. It will definitely be more interesting once I have weekday schedules implemented, which should be soon. For the moment I’m thinking
Weekends: Free days, anyone’s leader and everyone can take requests, add whatever they want
Low Tier Monday: Matches form lesser played characters like sean, hugo, q, remy etc.
Tuesday: Japanese Play (Singles), GGPO Matches
Wednesday aka Westday: No Japanese players, just other “western” communities like USA, Europe and Canada.
Thursday: Japanese Play (Tourneys and Ranbats)
Friday aka Freeday: Once 3SOE is out, I’d like to use this day to have new players show the experts their matches, ask for advice and even add tutorial videos to the playlist.
None of this is set in stone but I like the flow of it and hopefully it can pick up!

I know someone else from another country was doing something similar a while back on Justin.tv. Definitely a good idea. I’m sure once the game “comes out” there will be 24/7 lobby streams of the game.
I largely prefer this to an actual stream because it allows me to know it’ll be running 24/7 regardless and it also allows users to add their own stuff when we want to. It also allows for the themed days which seem to be working out pretty well.
Dear Channel Mods: If you ever check the channel please don’t leave it open all the time, don’t forget to put TV mode on!
