My self esteem went up a lot after cutting 30 pounds to get down to 155 or so. Get a lot of compliments, got a new wardrobe since I cut 4 inches in the waist. I get a haircut every week, almost like clockwork. Dressing nice makes me feel better and I think the appearance alone makes me impress people at work, since a lot of work is just appearances. Making a lot of money also boosts my self esteem… I never really think about it until I check my ATM stub or bank statement, but that shit gives me a boost.
