i just went to uci to visit some friends today and spent like a good hour there. i must say, it is nice, clean spacious and not too crowded. no one was playing anything tho. maybe i went at a bad time? it was like at around 2:00. i was gettin beasted on in 3s and mvc2 but the people i was playing were scrubby. then again, i dont play either game. Its funny cuz i went to the arcade there like 2 years ago and they had cvs 2, they dont have it now?
P91 - no they dont have sentinel yet. there’s still question marks on the screen from what i remember.
overall, i like ur arcade. funny tho, how some guy got his quarter jammed, hit the coin slot and it somehow activated test mode. eh whatever, i spent the extra quarter to start a new game.

By the way, for those of you that aren’t aware of this: MvC2 was reseted over Thanksgiving weekend. That means it’s back to level mid-20s and any hope of characters like Sentinel becoming available anytime soon are slim this year.

I’m down to have Marvel sessions at my place (Columbia, right next to campus), but maybe not til Winter quarter since finals and stuff are coming up. I’ll be sure to post up.

Some of the employees at the zot zone said that there weren’t any restrictions on people bringing TVs and consoles to the zot zone. But uhh… the people who go there know that there isn’t really any room. Just some food for thought.
Also there is a TV room downstairs in the Student Center somewhere. There’s outlets all over the place, although I don’t know who to ask if it’s okay to have like 20+ people in there screaming their heads off about fighters.
A few years back (like 5 years ago. I’ve been here WAY too long), a few Soul Calibur players tried to use one of the TV rooms for a small tourney and got rejected. I don’t know if things are different now, but definitely ask around before you bring your consoles and stuff.
