More than a CM Punk documentary, it is another take at how the WWE and the wrestling industry works. And how CM Punk just went and broke the mold and his life. It’s so brilliant.
Even they touch the ROH subject so good.
Chris Hero was featured there as Chris Hero. And I think that if Chris Hero makes it to the main roster they have to let him use his original name and not Kassius Ohno.
Also…
Spoiler
Also to add the story of Joey Mercury and CM Punk, wow, Punk saved his life.
Jesus this punk documentary is amazing.
ordered the DVD in the first 10 mins
Its so good

Punk was like “The matches I had with Morrison were bad” and I was like “wait what!?” and then he was like “The one we had was one of the best I’ve ever had” and I was like “Ah, I’m not crazy”
Gold pants JoMo vs Punk on ECW tv was an amazing match. Too bad Morrison was horribad on the mic.
The first few were awful but that last one was really good.

I kinda miss Morrison these days. If he comes back, I hope he’s heel again and wearing those awesome suits he used to wear when he first changed his name from Nitro to Morrison. I still think Morrison could be big if he got rid of Melina and worked his ass off

New nWo dvd to be released soon documentary style
I am one of many who still rock the old school black and white nWo shirt at the gym
Gonna pick this up
Totally forgot that dusty was in the nwo
Also bret was in the nwo before nwo 2000 as the nwo recruiter, hilarious shit
“c’mom stevie be a human being”
They booed because they know that bautista winning was a botch in itself.
-Starhammer-
Hell, who WASN’T in the nWo? By the time that shit ended, 90% of the WCW roster was in the nWo lol

Kassius Ohno is such a terrible name, and i hate how he ends his promos with “you will be saying ‘oh no!’ before you get ko’d”
Would like to see hero break in as a smarmy babyface that eventually turns heel instead of usual smarmy heel
The cena dvd came out back in 2010, it is pretty damn good

When lex and sting joined the nWo it just was wrong
Sting, Lex, and DDP were the only guys that were the heroes against the nwo

Wasn’t Scott Norton in the NWO?
And even the cruiserweights had their own freaking NWO with Eddie’s LWO thing.

Scott Norton and Buff Bagwell were an awesome team
I also just in general like Scott Flash Norton
Chops, shoulder breakers, and powerbombs for all
Disco being in the nWo for like 2 weeks then getting booted was funny
Shit the only cruiser in the nwo was syxx then he went back to wwe
I liked that whenever the cat or somebody laid out an open challenge norton would show up and beat the guy down
I remember one thunder, ernest miller calling everybody out
Out comes scott norton in a towel with shaving cream on half of his face

lwo was badass. lol. heel eddie gave 0 fucks.
Holy shit, that CM Punk documentary was good. It’s pretty scary to think that, without Paul Heyman, Punk would be gone from the WWE right now. It would literally be the John Cena show because there is really no one else up there. Documentary really catapulted Punk even higher to me, because he’s down to earth, but he’s a guy that pushes to be better than everyone, not because he has to be or because he’s an asshole, but because he KNOWS he can be better than everyone.
Amazing how much Punk had go through, to bust his ass, and be on the brink of leaving the WWE to getting where he is. Punk really doesn’t fit the typical WWE mold, but that’s what makes him so good. Glad Heyman saw what WWE had before they could completely kill him off.
Watched the Punk DVD and my sentiments exactly. It’s very maddening to think that Vince was THIS close to missing out catching lightining in a bottle with Punk… Thank God for Paul Heyman being the only one with some idea of how to gauge talent. It’s like Vince and co. learned nothing from Stone Cold’s breakout success in that some of the best ideas in the business didn’t come from Vince’s increasingly senile head.
Then to have guys like PS Hayes and Cena come on there and act like they had something to do with Punk’s success pisses me off. Triple H sums it up best when he was like, "You guys are probably not gonna use this in the DVD, but…"
Just watching the whole Summer of Punk 2.0 segment made me shake my head and wonder just what direction they plan on going in with his current character and storyline. I really hope Punk and Paul have some creative control in this and all this seemingly missed opportunity is leading to something just as big, if not bigger.
