The hilarious thing about the TNA ppv is that it marks the first time Jarrett has EVER allowed himself to get buried when he has some sway. And not only once, but THREE TIMES in like 5 minutes.

Personally I think he did this because he wanted to push back up Hardy. It made sense as him being the founder having beef with someone who fucked with his company. Having him lose like that only made Jeff look like he belonged in the company. Even though I think he should be jobbing until he redeems himself, but that’s just my opinion.

I hope Richards drops the belt. I read something the other day that Richards said that he wasn’t going to take any more indy bookings, and focus on RoH and NJPW. I don’t know, that pissed me off. I think it’s just the fact that RoH put the belt on him, and now the dude seems to spend all his time in Japan, or that’s how it seems. It doesn’t seem like good business to put the belt on someone who’s never there… Admittedly, I haven’t kept up with RoH at all, so I have next to know clue of what’s going on.

Dumb question, but what happened to Cody’s mask? I read that he wasn’t wearing it tonight? Gimmick change?

Yeah, Bryan Alverez and Meltzer are kinda…whatever. They are held in such high regard for the fact they were some of the first people to make wrestling journalism mainstream…ish.

Also, that fucking dumbshit mask Hardy was wearing at the PPV is apparently a mask he wore from an old gimmick he used in he and matts federation (see: in their backyard with trampolines while Helms and Shannon moore gave them blowies.) and in the indies briefly called “Will-o-Wisp”

He’s on some straight Kevin Nash Oz shit.

I’ve never had much respect for Bryan Alvarez, but Dave Meltzer knows his shit. He’s a legitimate professional who studies the numbers, knows wrestling history, has numerous sources within the industry, and generally gives logical assessments of shows and PPVs.

The show begins with Mark Henry attacking Daniel Bryan in the back. Henry continues the beatdown all the way to the ring where Bryan lays in pain while Henry cuts a promo on beating Big Show at Survivor Series.

Vickie Announces that Dolph Ziggler will defend the United States title against Zack Ryder at Survivor Series as well as compete in the 5 on 5 match. Dolph Ziggler beats Sin Cara in a good match. Ziggler wins with help from Swagger.

Mason Ryan beats Jack Swagger in a quick match. Vickie was at ringside for both Ziggler & Swagger’s matches.

Backstage Ted DiBiase and Hornswoggle are playing the WWE '12 video game until Teddy Long interupts. Then Askana enters the room, Hornswoggle and Long leave. The romantic music starts to play while she attempts to get very romantic with DiBiase.

Christian comes out wearing a neck brace, leg brace and crutches. He says he blames Teddy Long for allowing him to get hurt. He says he wants one more match regardless of what match it is. He tells WWE universe good riddance and leaves.

Backstage Big Show is next to Daniel Bryan who is lying on the doctors table. Big Show says he will find Mark Henry and get revenge.
Ted DiBiase beat Derrick Bateman in a quick match.

Big Show cut a promo about how Henry forced Bryan to be carried out of here and on Sunday he is going to force Henry to be carried out of Survivor Series.

Beth Phoenix and Natalya beat AJ and Kaitlyn.

A promo for Ezekial Jackson aired.

Randy Orton and Sheamus beat Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett via DQ after Christian interupts the match. Orton and Sheamus hit their finishers and take out Rhodes, Barrett and Christian. They pose for the crowd as Smackdown goes off the air.

What happened to the guy that won NXT, and was supposed to get a tag title shot with R-Truth?

Legend Killer Randy Orton was great on the mic. Orton now is just some guy with a bad tan, coated in baby oil, who talks really slow and monotone. I don’t understand it. It doesn’t make him sound more intense or anything. It just makes him boring as fuck.
