Sheamus’ burial has nothing to do with HHH actually. Kevin Dunn (WWE’ head producer for Televised Programs) absolutely hates Sheamus and thinks he is a joke character. And as head producer he has a lot of say with what goes on the programs (He’s also one of the main people who made the Diva Search and keyed the term “Sports Entertainment” and “Superstars”). And as of now, his creative power/control outranks HHH (since he and stephanie mainly deal with Smackdown booking) so there isn’t much HHH can do about it.
Plus, despite popular belief, HHH has little to do with the booking processes. He pitches stuff every now and again and creative usually takes his word as gold because of who he is.
I know what will really happen: Sheamus will get the drop on Daniel, and just before the three count Cena comes in from the rafters and interrupts. He hits them both with the six moves of doom and pins, getting the US title.
When asked why he did it, Cena will shrug and say he needed something new to wear for Wrestlemania.
Actually, I believe Triple H will come down the ramp with a sledge hammer, when Sheamus has the upper hand and, lo and behold, the lights go out. When they lights return, The Undertaker appears in the center of the ring amongst an eerie myst. They’ll stare at each, what’ll seem for an eternity, before Triple H inevitably drops his sledge hammer and they commence to exchange punches. The refs and agents will come out to separate them, thus burying both Bryan and Sheamus.
It’s not all bad news, because Sheamus and Bryan will continue their feud on the illustrious program known as Superstars.
Nice to see Matt Hardy still can’t deliver a promo to save his life. I wonder if they talked about what they were gonna say before they went to the ring tonight. It sure doesn’t look like they did.
This has been THE INVINCIBLE SWORDSMAN saying:
They really need to get rid of that GAWDawful pruple belt.
