Whoever wins in the Shield match at mania doesn’t matter. After the match it should go down like this:

The Shield beats down Justice

All of a sudden you here “trust me, trust me, trust me…” (roberts’ heal theme)

Then about a 30 seconds later you see roberts, ddp, and hall come out the crowd to the ring. Michael Cole pisses himself because he’s doing a jr “stone cold!!!, stone cold!!, stone cold!!!” impression while talking about roberts, ddp, and hall.

All three of them get in there, beat up the shield, then Hall is telling ddp and roberts to do their finishers on 2 members of the shield while roman reigns looks on while standing outside the ring (Hall can’t do anything too much physically because his hip surgery is after WM).

Then the fans chant, “This is awesome…clap clap clapclapclap… This is awesome…clap clap clapclapclap… This is awesome…clap clap clapclapclap… This is awesome…clap clap clapclapclap…”

You get the idea…

This is completely confusing and 100% buries an up and coming team of wrestlers by feeding them to older wrestlers, past their prime, for no reason other than to give those older wrestlers another chance in the spotlight for a quick moment.

…This has all of the ingredients of a current WWE “Spur of the Moment Addition” written all over it to be honest.

Hmmm, a lot of people think it’s good. Creative thinks so. If not this angle then have at least DDP and/or Ramon come out during/after the HHH/Lesnar match…

Then have Jake The Snake somehow interfere in the Punk/Undertaker match because of WrestleMania 1992…

It’s very telling of the current product when your top heel pulls off the most despicable acts he can get away with on TV, and he still gets more cheers than your top faces (who tend to get booed out of the arena in the smarkier cities)… Listen to your fans, WWE Creative.

Yeah, that’s what makes it extra surprising. CM Punk is just THAT nigga right now and has been for awhile. He could arguably be more popular than Cena at this point

I really think reworked is kind of a understatement.
I really wish they let a few faces be good guys but not squeeky clean good guys.
I get that walking the “Tweener” line is not for everyone but frankly orton is no tweener he’s a heel people like to cheer.

After watching this past Raw, I will admit that Punk is pretty much the greatest heel of the era. But honestly I am hoping they let undertaker really go ham like the hell in a cell match against mankind. I really wish they had someone who could dish it out to punk as much as he dishes it out to everyone. he is a great heel, I just wish they had a great hero to match.
