Honestly prefer it when thet respond to how the crowd reacts instead of trying to force a storyline. Heck, some of their greatest hits came from them doing that (e. g. Attitude Era). While doing the opposite has often resulted in clunkers (Roman).

Yeah, I am ok with them trying something. But if it doesn’t work the way they want to, and yet it still gets a reaction, they can respond accordingly. This Becky/Charlotte thing is not going the way they want but it’s getting Becky even more popular (and IMO, a more interesting character). Run with it!

My fav part of all in was the Ibushi Mysterio face off. I haven’t been keeping up. The crowd popped for it big time, it was like a dream match we didn’t know we wanted.
Also enjoyed the post match speeches that were posted on youtube. I didn’t think Cody would win the NWA title but businesss wise and legacy wise, it makes sense.
I think it was a bad call to make the six man tag the main-event. Cody vs Aldus while a 3 star match at best had the atmosphere and feel of a main-event match. Kenny vs Pentagon was the best match of the night and could have easily headlined.
Yeah, Omega/Pentagon or even Cody/Aldus should’ve been the main event. Unfortunately, the 6-man tag had to be short b/c of the hard stop. It still was a fun match. I really hope they do another show next year. Really cool to see wrestlers from the past, present, and future from different promotions mix it up.
