The problem is that they need Aleister as the buffer in that match. As the guy who doesn’t give a rat’s ass about Gargano and Ciampa’s bullshit but just wants his title back. He needs to raise hell. If he can’t go that much, then he simply can’t do the match.
They could have him not appear at the start, then give us a good amount of time of Ciampa and Gargano going stiff on each other. Then have him come in near the end and clean house with a couple of Black Masses.
