The Wrestling Thread v.10K Lethal Lockdown! - Let me in...CAUSE ITS BOSS TIME! - Clash of Champions 9/15

They’d probably spend the whole time talking about how shit WWE is before going home and watching every bit of WWE programming they might have missed. That seems to be the smark raison d’être.

Nia’s gonna retain. There’s no way that match finishes clean in any sense of the word.

Iunno. I doubt they’d do Ronda like that In giving the match a dusty finish. That’d make her look weak.

It’s not that hard. You have someone like Natalya screw her out of the title by either losing dirty (thus not having an undefeated streak hanging over her) or at the very least going to a No Contest. This way it organically keeps her away from the title for plenty of months while she hunts down those who wrong her.

If Nia turns heel on Ronda that’s going to be a huge, huge mistake. She’s just too naturally sweet and bubbly to be believable as a heel.

Ignoring the obvious part of your post, I didn’t say Nia had to turn heel. Just that the match will end dirty.

Oh, I know. I was just saying “if.” Being paranoid because I like Nia so much.

right now nia is a bad spot. her matches suck and her promos are awful. she’s being force fed that “be a star” crap and its been showing in her promo’s. especially that cringe worthy one at backlash.

she needs to go back to how she was in nxt and when she first arrived on RAW. an actual monster. you can be an unstoppable force and still be a baby face. its worked for ages. no reason it cant work now, you know?

i like nia jax and i’m all about positive body image or whatver but right now she’s just boring and being used as a marketing tool for a program although wwe started dont particularly practice.

Yeah, that force fed promo at Backlash was painful. It’s a good message but the delivery (and if i recall correctly, the crowd reaction) didn’t come across well at all.

yeah the crowd was not having it. they boo’ed the shit out of it. i mean, jersey is a scummy place anyways (there were ‘we want enzo’ chants, cmon now) but i would have booed that promo too.

I wouldn’t have booed it, but when I was watching the show I had my face in my hands and was saying things like “oh, Nia, honey, no.” It was a horrid promo and I really do think Nia needs a bit of reinventing after the conclusion of her Mania story. I feel like a big problem with WWE in general is that they tend to have feuds begin and end very quickly. Alexa/Nia lasted for a month. It was one hell of a month, but now what? Now what for either of them?

Are they lowering the volume at the Suck part in Kurt Angle’s You Suck chants?

Kind of surprised that WWE didn’t use any of their UK talent for the IC open challenge…

Most of them are busy at the moment. Dunne was up for it but I imagine they don’t want him going down clean in a Main Roster match.

Isn’t Ronda hanging out with Natalya “Am I a Face this week?” Neidhart?

I don’t think people know how true this is. For me personally…my friends love the young bucks because the young bucks were originally from rancho Cucamonga…which is “The IE” here in California or Inland Empire…an area encompassing San Bernardino to Riverside I grew up in. These are the guys that like bullet club not when Balor or AJ styles ran the bullet club or when NJPW was on the rise but when Kenny Omega and the young bucks took over and Being the Elite became a thing.

Regarding the IE…We have been derogatory labelled back in the day as people wearing affliction and ed hardy shirts who ruin shit for others at the beach.

“The southern parts along Riverside, Corona, and the areas closer to Orange County are more influenced by Caucasians and whites. These people inhabit the less-dangerous parts of the regions. and “bros” as they call them. Many of these people are similar to rural southerners in their style of “trashiness”. They drive lifted trucks, wear hats, wear jersey tank tops. These areas are more city-influenced and are generally have very active street scenes.”

The UK guys who are available are going to be use on 205 Live.

Forgot that this is coming soon…

Gee Cass, use some punctuation and break while speaking.
It’s like a runaway train. Maybe he is still a bit nervous on the mic.

Or he just sucks.
