I basically stopped posting in this thread because its essentially a killjoy. WWE is gonna fuck up 24/7. So my options are to do my sort of monthly PPVs with friends and be bitter about what the company is doing, or just ignore all that bullshit and have fun with them.
You guys can keep your conversations about booking, I’ll be too busy enjoying my WWE Network for 9.99 and enjoy some Tostitos Pizza Rolls.
P.S. I don’t actually eat Pizza Rolls during PPV shows. Makes me sad that I don’t now. 
There is a Popeyes, DQ and Wendys 2 mins from my place, so we generally go to one of those lol

I can critique something while ultimately still enjoying it. Your opinions of your interests don’t have to be absolutes. You’re allowed to criticize.
I get sucked into nxt and nxt uk constantly because the booking is simple, engaging and effective. Their matches carry all those traits as well which makes the booking come off even better. Ciampa and Garganos story line has been the most interesting thing in WWE as a whole since Sami Zayn chasing the nxt title and even then I think their story line eclipses Sami’s. It’s going almost 2-years and the story is still evolving. They do so many little and inteicate things that make the story line fascinfing and engaging.
The WWE side of things is that they constantly trip over themselves. Every time they get back into the fans good graces with something they find a way to fuck it up. This is mainly because of Vince being a fucking lunatic, out of touch with the fan base and constantly changing his mind when it comes to story lines and talent.

I agree that it’s ok to be critical of things and enjoy the product. WWE (+NXT) has a lot of content they deliver each week and reach a wide range of audiences. What works for some fans won’t work for others.

Exactly this. I don’t watch the weekly wwe programming (even though I watch nxt and nxt uk weekly and they are technically wwe they feel so much like their own entities I don’t really count them) but I still take that Sunday (and Saturday’s for takeovers) off a month to watch the ppv’s and 9/10 even if I don’t like the booking of a match or two i still over all enjoy the event as a whole.
I don’t have anyone to watch the ppv’s with anymore since I moved from Seattle so talking to people on here and discord when they’re on has been super therapeutic for me.
