This ain’t exactly true unless you’re management. I make around 12-15k a year. I’d have to crunch numbers. After taxes and other expenses like food, transport and rooming she probably makes about the same as I do. Maybe a bit more than I do because she’s married to BJ Witmer who is a producer for ROH so everything but taxes likely go down significantly.

Either way. She’s definitely underpaid

As said, absolutely NO ONE is defending Punk’s MMA run because the results are quite evident, and Punk himself should have known better than beginning a MMA career at 37 with his worn out body. I don’t see why you are taking that so personal? Punk’s run should NEVER be used as a template for wrestlers trying to break into MMA, as most of said stories actually turn out decent at worst (Lashley and Swagger, for example).

But please enlighten me again why is Punk such a DISGRACE to an industry you clearly have no understanding of either?

Mainly because I have a lot of respect for wrestling regardless of it being staged. I think the craft in itself should be given the same of respect that fighters get.1

So here comes Punk, you start listening to shoots from Booker T, Y2J, some of his other peers, as well as his own interviews… about this high-mighty attitude he had of himself. All that hype he deluded himself on himself while trashing wrestling, and then trashing it even more with his fail in the UFC (making wrestlers look like jokes who get tickled by the low tiers of MMA).
