I think Ronda going to WWE is payback for CM punk going to the UFC. Both are so out of their element in either one, it is embarrassing. Ronda lacks any sort of charisma. As a legit grappler, she has the skillset to transition but is a terrible actor. She can’t combine the two and it is just an awkward mess. Punk on the other hand so physically awkward and nonathletic that he gets CLAPPED whenever it comes to legit competition. He ain’t no shooter.
This is why Japan is still the best pro wrestling “factory” out there. They are grapplers first, and pro wrestlers second. Even when I trained at my local lucha libre/pro wrestling gym, I quickly realized that their approach was all wrong. I had to stop and just stuck to actual sub wrestling.

Cody Rhodes really wanted Bryan for his All In show…
Even if DBry wasn’t cleared and would be released he wouldn’t make it in time for the All-In show. That was never happening just due to logistics.

DBry cleared? Yes! A feud with Miz some time down the line would be a long time coming.
As for Rousey, she needs some polishing, and there is always room to improve.
