The thing is, the reason Asukaâs Undefeated Streak works is that she looks vulnerable. Sheâll kill people, but sheâll never look so dominant that itâs just absurd. She looks like on one good night, someone can beat her, but her experience, wit and killer instinct gets her over the finish line.
Menâs RR was the most hype event Iâve seen from WWE in a while. Last yearâs was so underwhelming, but this year had a finish everyone is happy with. I also think Roman looked GREAT against Nakamura at the end. Reigns legit looked like a badass heelâŠmakes me think more of what couldvâe been if Reigns were not pushed to the moon as the babyface no one wanted.
I popped hard for Almas, Cole and Mysterio! Almas is a superstar and I hope his RR appearance is a sign of great things to come for him. Mysterio looked AMAZING! I loved how his return was up in the air and things looked like he was leaning towards Impact and BOOYAKA BOOYAKA!
Womenâs RR was a ton of fun with some great cameos. I am peeved by the Bellas being the final two against Asuka, though. I felt it shouldâve ended with Nia, Bailey and Becky in the ring with Asuka, instead. I also feel Bailey shouldvâe scored the elimination over Sasha.
I wonder what the storyline between Rousey, Trips and Stephanie is gonna beâŠ? Stephanie looked both confused and even somewhat pissedâŠlike, the Womenâs RR was Stephanieâs big moment and Trips just swooped in and ran off with all her glory via Rousey debut. Could there be some kind of conflict of power between Trips and Steph? I hope thatâs the case! Itâd make for a great story leading up to Wrestlemania.
Hey, that punch Brock hit Strowman with after receiving that stiff kneeâŠwas that on purpose? Like was that Brockâs way of telling Brawn to calm the eff down?
