On the issue of the divas I think it’s quite easy to tell why most of the women excluding AJ and Paige are failing right now. The women currently on the active roster (excluding NXT) just can’t sell a engaging character that the audience cares about. The Bella’s,Alicia fox,Naomi and a few others don’t have the personality to get over in spite of the multiple pushes. I don’t think anyone needs to be reminded of the Bella’s promo skills or the time when Alicia tried and failed to be AJ.

I haven’t actually had a belly laugh on SRK in a while(okay since SWBeta took a shit on GD’s face). Wow.
I was gonna type some long winded shit but fuck it. The problem with the divas is the problem with the people in the main roster just exaggerated 10 fold because they only get one segment. They have less workers but it does seem that the main roster is working harder. Nikki has apparently been putting in work. Alicia definitely gave it a way better shot than when she injured Beth Phoenix. It seems like they could be legit if they had a dedicated person working with them but it ain’t gonna happen.
Main problems with Divas: Total Divas.
This right here. I couldn’t care less about anyone besides AJ and Paige right now. As much as I wanted to support Tamina, she was bland as well, even though she can work.
Sidenote: I’d like to see her back with the Usos running the Hardys/Lita dynamic.
Nikki is slowly getting better and deserves credit for that - though she’s still far away from AJ and Paige.

I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but I actually agree with dab00g that Nikki has improved her ring work, and her using power moves and slams works for her.
She still sucks ass on the mic, but not as bad as her sister… I’m sure if she had a mouthpiece like say Summer Rae to talk shit for her she could be interesting as a heel. A LayCool 2.0 with those two could probably work really well.
She’s got a great look, and sells/delivers moves well*(words I never thought I would use to describe a Bella)*
But, of course, the company will not do anything with her beyond this shitty feud with Brie*(who still sucks and is only in the limelight because of Bryan)*, leaving her potential to get better rot on the vine.

Her character is still uninteresting. She can barely deliver a half-decent promo and that’s just recently - like the past month. Historically, she’s as bad as Brie. Her new moveset and overall in-ring improvement has only been visible when working with Paige and AJ - so half credit goes to them probably putting over her offense better than she does. Props to her for the back bump at NOC though. Can’t take anything from her on that one in all seriousness.
Please tell me - what defines Nikki? Who is she as a character? She and Brie got over because they’re hot - it’s that simple. Fact of the matter is you and dab00g sound thirsty for a good looking chick who just had work done.
Mock AJ’s skipping if you want, but it’s part of her character and she’s over.
She’s improved from where she previously was (and where Brie still is) and for that she gets credit. But improving doesn’t mean she’s on AJ or Paige’s level yet. They have identities. They can work. They can put on a good promo consistently. They have presence outside of T&A.
