He’s a good little worker in a good little spot. He is not anywhere near main even caliber right now.
The potential is there but he’s also ugly as fuck and that’s an issue with big time players.

That fujinami/hogan match i posted was so good. The aspects with grappling, david vs goliath, building to the bigger spots of slams/signatures. Hogan was as beastly as Brock Lesnar there. That’s as real as wrestling can look. That was art.

Hogan did show that style in wwf when he faced savage, funk, race, dibiase, bad news brown, piper, haku, orndorf, akeem, bossman, and muraco.

Thing is you look at who he had to carry. King Kong Bundy, Andre, big john studd, kamala.

When Hulk had a guy who could work he would work. But people remember his simple matches against fat guys because he slammed fat people.

The wcw run though he did have great matches with Mike Awesome, Ric Flair (94 cage match), Vader, Luger, meng, savage, sting, goldberg, arn anderson

But people only remember his shitty matches with dungeon of doom, the nwo run where he had shit matches with hip replacement piper. That russo overbooked cage match with flair.
