Marsgatti2009 is a very well mannered and kind player. Too bad a lot of players on HDR dont have that attitude.
Also, he is one of the best Guile players I’ve seen on XBL.
I like his j.lk, 2xcr.lk into super crossup. Only guile player I’ve seen that can execute that crossup, and its very difficult to pull out
its funny, marsgatti2009 and smq91…two extremly good players. but their attitudes could not be more different.
I was playing hdr with smq91 last night along with quaristice and herbaholic and sqm91 was at his trash talking finest. Some of his choice comments to quaristice were:
“you lost all credability when you picked akuma”
“you are just garbage”
when i beat his ryu, he quit the room and said:
“too many fucking noobs in here”
he came back after while and stated laying into a akuma player called Adela Ophelia, his comments were:
“you should just commit suicide”
“you should kill yourself”
“all akuma players are shit”
To add to the festivities KillaLiam popped in and received a verbal assault from smq91…that was funny. That H5N1 Psykup guy was there but left before playing…guess he couldnt be bothered to wait or seeing smq91 scared him away
What I dont understand about smq91 is that he is probably one of the best balrogs on xbl, but why does he trash talk so much, its not like he loses. KillaLiam is always losing so I can see why he gets upset, but when smq91 loses he throws a bit of a tantrum and leaves the room and then comes back a few minutes later.
Regardless of that, I do enjoy playing smq91 cos he’s so good and the only way one can improve is by playing those player who can decimate you, learning and adapting. I can measure how much I’ve improved by how well I do against top players like smq91 and marsgatti2009
i don’t remember who, but i played 10 matches against him. Then I logged out of live (at 5 am) not during the match, afterwards he sends a message saying I’m a rage quitter. wtf?
because SMQ thinks hes so great so when he finally loses he crys like a bitch. he seriously not that good. there are much better balrogs on xbl. he doesn’t rushdown at all so how does that make him a good rog? anyways people like him are the reason I stick to GGPO, not crumey box live. too many idiots on there which are seriously hard to ignore.
