I’m 69% avoided on Live, with 7% saying I’m disruptive, communication-wise (I guess those “good games” throw off their groove), 30% Unsporting, and 23% quit early. I never quit early, but I do get disconnected frequently (who doesn’t, right?) so I guess I can’t hold that against them.
EDIT: Almost forgot to mention, I recently got one from Riccardo III that reads: “Son of a bitch ******!”

Anytime I get a message from someone saying something like “PLAY ANOTHER CHARACTER N00B” OR “I’D TOTALLY ONW YOU WITH (insert character here)” I always reply and offer a rematch with those conditions (sometimes even offering to let them pick who I play as).

So people can rate your behaviour on XBOX Live, without any form of control? I wonder how the ratings from good players actually are here, pissing off nearly 90% of the Live players. And what that rating then actually means.

Rating doesnt mean anything. Anybody who views somebody’s profile before they play with them, with the intent of looking at their rating, is probably a scrub you wouldnt want to play with anyways.
Someone asked me the same thing.

I got a ragequit a few days ago.
It was my Dictator against his Gief in ranking. First round I just stuffed any attempt he made to get in with st.RH. He quit right before I could finish the round.

funny thing was that i wasn’t using honda or the like. i was playing boxer against his sagat… he whiffed dp so i did cr. jab X3 - standing jab to dash punch. i replied with “i’m using a joystick sweetheart ;)”
I’ve played around 150 games online, and have yet to get any kind of ragequits or rude messages afterwards. I think once I get my first, I’ll consider myself finally graduated from the bottom rank of skill. 
A friend’s girlfriend got a similar one a few days back… She was playing Chun (ofc…) when she got something like:
“You play like a girl. Get some skills” after winning.
She answered:
“I am a girl. I beat you. Does that mean you played like a baby?”
