Ya you are right, looked up the font name on Wikipedia, and it is Chinese. I just got word from some friends here at work that it’s not good Chinese. They think he probably typed some English into a web translator and got that out. They took a guess and here’s what they came up with.
? = die, usually when inserted at various places in a sentence it means something kinda like the word?f*cking?would in an English sentence.
?? = useless stuff, usually used to refer to useless food leftover, or some useless by products in a food processing factory.
? = rotting. So when useless stuff goes rotten it?s extra bad lol.
?? = hungry ghost, or hungry devil.
? = gone, go away.
Literal Translation

We think the translation is ?I hope you die and rot in hell you evil ghost(white?)? or something like that heh.

Not really a hate-mail story, but it was entertaining to experience it. Was testing a new char in ranked match (either Dictator or T.Hawk…learning them both), since people play harder in ranked. Got matched up with this Blanka player named soOneo. Good match; he beat me soundly (3 rounds to 1), no contesting that. Was going about my business in another match when I got a private message; pwwwwnnnnnneeed!!
Now I’m pissed. I temporarily drop my new chars and start playing with Boxer. Fate always seems to bring me to the cats I want revenge on, because I played him four times. I think out of four matches he only won 2-3 rounds. The last match was probably one of my best Rog matches ever; rushed raped him in the corner all three rounds. I was tempted to message him back, but I don’t like talking crap. So I just went about my business.
That’s the way to do it! Competitive play, be it in sports or video games is all about sportsmanship. Let the braggers and the poor sports send their messages, you just move on and constantly try to improve!

i played this guy call pogiest in some random friendlies the other day, he alternate between gief and claw. I was using Ken throughout the friendly. It seems to me he is still learning gief and naturally i beat him on those gief vs ken match up.
whenever, he uses claw he is more versatile and apparently he seems more comfortable thus giving me some real hard times. However, i manage to beat his claw during those few matches and I thought the fight with his claw was decent so i send him this:
me: ggs, your claw is very good 
he replied: you only won because of lag, you noob !!
i was like wtf, then i replied:
“i was merely praising your claw and didnt even say anything about me winning. NVM”
hmmm, i’m really sadden by the fact that someone got angry because i actually praised him. Some people just cannot handle loosing.
